What's A Pre-Qualification Do?

A pre-qualification is an easy way to determine what you can buy and what those options look like for you. You will find out details concerning loan programs, interest rates, monthly payments, down payments closing costs; all of the options will be laid out and Jake will discuss them in detail with you.

A pre-qualification will start with taking an application from you. From there, Jake will cal you on the same day you apply, so that you can discuss your loan options in detail. Once you have your pre-qualification, you will be ready to start shopping for your new home, refinancing your current home or building your custom home with your home builder!
